Are they even the least bit focused on reliability as a goal? It seems like there's really something "wrong" there. Is it just me?

Saw that you were located in Raleigh. Come check out ncaudi.org! We get together on the first tuesday of every month at playmaker's to have beer, wings, and BS. Swing by next week, and maybe you, the Captain, and I can make some of the other audi guys drool. :-)

Should be able to make it next week, though. I think I saw your Avant down at Leith when I was picking mine up. Was yours the black one?

They're cars with lots of personality and hit or miss reliability. If you want peace of mind, get thee to a Toyota or Honda dealership.
As for what Audi's going to do about it, I'm sure they've got engineers looking at what went wrong, and they'll implement running changes as warranted. If you still want an S4, wait until next year when the kinks will be better worked out.
Geez, why does the sky have to be falling everytime a new car model is released?
