Nothing happens while driving only when I'm idle. I'll stop for a red light and I'll get these intermittent shakes/tremors that last for about a second or two at a time. No CEL or noise is emitted when this happens.

I've had it since new from time to time, appears mostly when I'm sitting after some spirited driving. Seems like the chain tensioner doesn't keep up allowing slack in the chains thus upsetting the intake exhaust valves (might be a reason some blew their engines)even very slightly, the ECU and fuel management tries to account for this and after awhile it settles back to normal.
