But it's not that difficult to do by yourself. the most difficult part being removing the brake lines and replacing with the stainless lines. I already have them, but I think I'm going to replace them with the included set.
Two bolts are all that's holding the caliper. Once those are removed, the caliper comes free. The rotor then comes right off.
take the new rotor, install. Take the new mount for the calipers, use the existing bolts, and voila, all is finished. Not too difficult, but lifts (and audi certified techs) help. ;-)

Wes, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. I had not heard of the modulation issue with the Stoptechs, but that would certainly sway my opinion as well.
I think I will probably end up going the Brembo direction as well. I know you mentioned Alcon was about the same price, but the info I have been lookin at indicated they were significantly more than the Brembos. Also, since I don't track my car, will probably go w/ cross drilled rather than slotted rotors.
