Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 is fast.
I encountered one last night for the first time. It had an aftermarket exhaust, and who knows what else. But man was it fast.
It took me to the top of 5th to pull past him and I think I did only because of less aerodynamic drag. What a beast. Good work Jeep.

Autoweek Rag had an excellent long-term eval on it. Said only problem was passing gas stations.

0-60 in under 5 seconds I believe....
but they are terrible for towing anything. the transmission is not built for hauling/towing, and if you do, it overheats like a ****. So at the end of the day, you have a big, fat, heavy fast stationwagon that can't tow....
