Default First off I did a lot of mods at the same time so it is hard to pin point only the benefits of ...

The CPP upper links. On the positive side, the quicker and more precise steering inputs, no rubber, metal to metal (concentric spherical bearings). The adjustability of the front suspension. With these whether you have a lowered suspension or not, you can adjust the camber to your likings and you can also adjust the caster, something not possible with the OEM links.

On the negative side, for those that MIGHT not like to feel the road as much, again because it is metal to metal. They might be a bit more noisy for some people for the same reason as previouly mentioned.
