Default Just called in to schedule my 5000 mile service...
I asked for a loaner car and the lady goes "What car do you have?" I said "2005 S4." She says "Oh we don't provide loaner cars for those, we only give them out to customers with A8s."

Well that made me feel really good. My salesman even said they would give me loaner cars when I brought it in for service since I bought it from them. So much for Audi customer service.

Sounds like a penny pincher dealer. They probably won't give you synthetic either. Switch dealers...

Default I just scheduled my 5K service today and...
the dealer said that he would give me a loaner (I assumed at no cost). The dealer I purchased from was Carlsen in Palo Alto, CA.. Good luck.

Default Not AUDI customer service, YOUR DEALER customer service.
Like others have said, if you have a choice, go to a different dealership.
