The dealership is continually uploading new programming to your ECU??? Why?

I think you might be confusing scanning with flashing? A flash OVERWRITES the existing ECU programming, so if you've indeed been getting flashed, you're no longer running aftermarket software.

Becuase I test different software and then return the car to stock each time.

We see what we see...we call out things we think need to be fixed

We all have full time jobs elsewhere..we are not perfect..you point out something..we try to clean it up. Pointing fingers elsewhere isn't a valid defense for your actions. Point out others and I will try to make it better. Thanks.
