Never been to Beverly Hills Audi Service but I have been into their showroom and I've never had a worse experience. All of the salesmen were rude and pushy and I walked out of the place. Bought my S4 down in San Diego instead and swore I'd never go back.
Haven't had my first service yet but when I do I think I'll go to Santa Monica.

for my 5K service just through references from my brother. I wasn't thrilled with DTLA, but they did say they used Mobil 1. Tony, a SW at Audi of SM, recently left and he was the only guy that I liked there.
I don't think any of the 3 are head and shoulders above the rest.

Ive had great experience at Audi of Downtown Los Angeles, their service department, while not in the prettiest of buildings, has always given me great service. I was also always able to schedule appointments within a few days of calling, unlike some of the San Diego dealerships which in my experience schedule you in the same month

Downtown LA may be recommended by some, but I live and work on the west side. Pacific is too far as well.
