Default Call another dealership. Knopf in Allentown, PA was supposed to charge me only $15 EXTRA for

synthetic on my 15k service. But when I got the bill it was no charge. I would call around. For some of my other cars I use a Valvoline oil change station. $54 for synthetic in my daughters TT, but only 5-6 qts. Valvoline synthetic IS Audi approved and they have 3 different viscosities. They also are in Allentown, PA. Also try calling your local Firestone dealer. They quoted me $48 for my daughter's TT. But I would check on what type of synthetic they were using. Last time I had them do it they were using the old Mobil 1. This time rep told me what they were using( I forget what it was) but I didn't go there because I didn't think it was an Audi approved oil. The brand of oil used will probably vary between franchises?

Its not hard but if you've never done it before, don't experiment on a $50K car.

Default I dont know how far don rosen is for you but I think I paid 55 or so with my own oil for an oil ...

change at don rosen. You figure the filter etc alone is almost 30 bucks from the dealer. So its not bad but I try to do my own when its not a free change.
