About to lease a new '04 S4. I'd like to put 0 down for a 36 month 12,000 mile lease (I'm in the Chicago burbs, sales tax around 8% or so). Have you done this (or something close)? What are your payments. Just want to go into the negotiation prepared. Thanks in advance.

$3100 at lease inception, which includes Bank fee/documentation/and first month's lease fee. You can use this as a basis for comparison.

How much is the car? How much above dealer cost are you paying.
Once you have this then work the deal for the lease. Ask for the money factors and make sur the dealer is not using a "dealer reserve" which is a markup on the finance cost.
