Default Malfunction Indicator Light
Has anyone had the malfunction indicator light come on and stay on? Checked the manual and its says it will affect acceleration, etc. and to get the car serviced. I'm calling my dealer this morning to make an appointment but I'm just wondering how severe this is. Is it a quick fix or this is going to take a few days. Just want to know if I should wait for my car or get a loaner.

Default Well, there are only several thousand error codes which can trip the CEL. Get a VAG-com or take it
to the dealer.
