What shops in So. Cal sell and install the Milltek Exhaust systems?

Are the Hi Flow Cat/DP's worth that extra 1995 ?

Also, what's the difference between 'non res' and 'res' Cat Backs?

I would buy the Miltek from Strat and you can purchase it with no sales tax and better price. I have a schedule with Jose from Euro-tech this Saturday to get the full exhaust installed.
