Default Milltek Sucks

I have Milltek all the way back. The CAT's failed at about 50,000 miles and the aswipes' at Hartman are no help what so ever. They won't return calls etc. Milltek when contacted directly replied with we will sell you new cat's at a reduced price, $1050.00 through Hartman, you need to work with them, ya right! So I drive around with the engine light on 24/7.

I'm sorry you had an issue, but most are quite happy with their Millteks. I had it on my B5 S4, with no issues and on my B6 S4 with no issues.

Nothing wrong with Milltek cats. Everyone's cats will fail at some point. Even your stock cats. The fact that you got 50k out of them is good. And if they got you 50k, Milltek doesn't really owe you anything. There isn't a lifetime guarantee on an aftermarket wear item like this. So for them to offer you cats at a reduced price is really big of them.

I couldn't be happier with my cat-back Milltek... my only complaint is it lacks the high rpm exhaust note that the stock exhaust produced so quietly
The Milltek gets the kids excited in their honda's at lower rpm's

I was impressed my first time in a parking garage, "is that me making noise?"

Depends what your looking for...Milltek's are known to have a modest note The AWE will scream a little more loudly, turning more heads
