...with a bike attachment? Also, is it dangerous to continually take the system on/off (I'm concerned about my paint)?

As far as the paint is concern it should not be an issue, the racks are designed to be very paint friendly. You would always want to be cautious when putting it on and taking it off to not hit the roof of course.

To give you a quick idea on price....
The Rapid Aero at $275 is quieter than the
standard rack.

To lock the entire system you would want to get a 6 pack of locks (4 for the roof rack 2 for the bike rack) at $55.

Then there are three popular choices for the bike rack (pick only one):
Big Mouth $95
Peleton $108
Sidearm $131

So you could run anywhere from $425-461 with the Rapid Aero or $375-411 with the standard rack.
