I'm gonna get the Infotainment package with or for the Bose.
My questions is Infotainment comes with Satellite radio, so how will the Nav + react to Sat Radio ?

Sat Radio is a North America only option. If you don't care aboutt he Sat Radio feature, you should be able to do the nav+ install.

There is no way to control the XM/Sirus Radio from Navplus since it is a NA only option. Hence my continueing theroy the 05's will have MMI not Nav+ like so many have hinted to. Now after saying that Im gonna get flamed :-) but I think I am right since why would audi spend time on R&D of Nav+ when MMI is so much nicer and already supports everything that Nav+ doesnt support. Just my 2 cents. If you really want nav + my suggestion to you is wait a year for Nav+ or MMI. As I have said before as well the std navigation system functionally is great, however it doesnt appeal to the "Boys with toys" which I think so many of us get wrapped up with all the time. Who wouldnt want a huge color screen?!?!?!

I am working on a control for IPODs from the factory head unit. The project is just starting but so far we got the IPOD remote codes and the headunit codes. If your interested in this I just put up a forum to help co-ordinate efforts. I already got a couple people helping out and anyone out there who wants to join in is welcome. No EE knowledge is neccessary (but it helps)

http://www.sparknetmedia.com/audio/forum/</a

I've had my Ipod wired into the headunit for almost a year now, control from the headunit would be awesome. Let me know if you need a tester, I have a 3rd gen 15gb iPod.
