noob question about rotors...

I noticed that my right front rotor can spin over wheel holes with my wheel off. it that normal or should I worry?
didn't know that wheel lugs are holding rotor in place...

it's normal

i think later cars have a small torx screw that holds the rotor in place when the lugs are out (but I don't know for sure).

UR correct

there is a small screw which does exactly that.
