Now that info is out on the S4 (M3 or S4 and why)...
What are the pros and cons of both cars... now that we have the numbers, options, colors, pictures, and everything but a test drive.

wait for the s4 to come out ...
the drive both and see which you like better -- it's as simple as that. i guarantee you three things: the m3 will be more expensive, better handling, and more eye-catching.
i still prefer the looks of my current s4 to the new s4. the new s4 may be more refined, but it does not stir me at all. the m3 makes me turn my head every time i see one on the road. that's why i'm buying one.
it's your money (well, hopefully); do what you like.

... I mean seriously, the M3 is an awesome car, but even though BMW now extended the warrantee on the motor to 100K/6 years it's kinda apparent that it's fragile, and I'm sure that wasn't part of their original plan either, right?
I've got a feeling that motor will be superceeeded ASAP with something with even more juice, and will be built to last too. Just my $0.02...
