I bought OEM plugs from Rockauto.com after searching the forum, and went for BOSCH Part # 7406.
Just received them today, but they aren't four pronged. Just one, but the box does say they are 7406. The box also says BOSCH Part # FGR7KQE0.
Is this in fact the correct OEM plug for our cars?

I bought a mass airflow sensor and housing for my Sentra from them. I installed it, car worked ok, then it started stalling on me on my trip to Boston (and it's an automatic). I take it apart when I get home and it's missing an o-ring.

Wanted to make sure before opening the box in case I needed to return them. The outside of the box indicates it is 1 electrode.
