Also, resale drops once a new style comes out. But, I do not care about the resale since I like the styling just fine and do not plan on selling my car anytime soon.

Well I'm glad that you dealership takes care of you but I think you are a very small minority compared to the large vast of unhappy Audi customers that to the Audi dealership and Audi cant find or fix the problems that the customer has been in for many of times. I have seen it too many times. Its amazing what Audi customers will tell you when you are chatting with them in the waiting room while the audi monkey wrenches try to figure out what type of car they are working on anyways. I hear more Audi customers in the Audi waiting rooms tell me their horror stories and will never buy a Audi again. My fiance and I cant wait til the S4 is almost out of the every changing Audi Assured warranty is over. My biggest concern about Audi is not the lack of reliablity but the lack of Customer Service.

you wont like the answer from the insurance co. Audi's just dont hold their value in any market compared to other hi-line cars.

Yes, cars do drop in value *somewhat* when a new style comes out, but in Audi's case, they drop (cough*alot*cough) even when they are the new style, just get used to it.

Because the service at my local dealershp is excellent.
I'm sure the level of service varies from dealership to dealership, and I'm sure it varies from person to person. Judging from your posts on this board, I imagine the service department at your local dealership and you aren't on the best of terms. In a perfect world that shouldn't have any effect on how they treat you, but in the real world if someone thinks you're a jerk, they usually treat you like one.

but I cant accept the crappy Audi lack of service towards it customer base. That is why we wont buy another audi from a dealer ever again.
