Of course not, but I didn't make a blanket statement covering every Audi dealership
I've been to 3 Audi dealerships and never had a problem at any of them. And my current dealership's service department is excellent.

So, all I got from that jumbled paragraph is that you are insecure with Audi's Customer Service....
But, let me step out on a limb here and say that I believe YOU are in the minority. I am sure you have heard horror stories, but I find it difficult to believe that there are crowds of people just chilling in a waiting room in tears about the "monkeys" (as you refered too them) work on their car. Come on man...lets be reasonable here.

No i have never worked at a BMW dealership.
I can count on 1 hand minus about 2 fingers how many times I have been in a BMW dealership. Your right Lexus I believe has the best treatment toward the customers.
