Order in - July delivery - still no prices
I ordered the car this morning, it was accepted by Audi, and I have a "commission number" so I can track the car's production. The dealer still doesn't have prices but was told the car will be delivered in July. Of course, the RS6s are in America but are being held at the port so I take the July delivery date with a grain of salt.
Carbon fiber interior trim is not available in America so I went with the standard gray birch. All American cars will be pre-wired for satellite radio so I assume that means they will all have the antenna on the rear of the roof. The actual XM or Sirius receiver is mounted in the trunk and is installed at the port and can be changed by the dealer as well. My car was the only S4 my dealer got in his allocation on Tuesday.

Talked to my dealer today and was told only high-volume dealers were given one of the really...
early allocations. It explains why my relatively low volume dealer in WI hasn't gotten an allocation yet. I was told very soon though....

How do you find out the volume of sales that an Audi dealership has? I ordered mine in Orlando, and the dealership is a good size, but I was the first to order an S4.

Shark fin is definitely part of Infotainment but I also saw
an internal document for the dealers which indicated that all USA cars will be pre-wired for satellite radio. You would think the antenna would be part of pre-wiring but maybe it isn't and they will have to drill a hole in your hood to install it if you buy the receiver.
