Page 1 is worthy of the 1st solid RS4 rumour......
400HP FSI off the short block 4.2L V8. AG wants the RS4 to be the 1st RS with FSI. The RS6 will be the last turbo model. There were some worries about being able to make U.S. emission standards with FSI and U.S. high sulfur content gas especially on the big displacement motors. The engineers have figured out a way to use some kind of recirculation apparatus that will be able to clear emissions, theoretically. 2004 RS4 Euro release. Elvis told me; and remember, you heard it here first.
