Default Do you want to do our rotors together, with the help of members like jpc-s4 et al?

I still haven't done mine, and need to...

Default I can't speak for bdS4, but in my conversations with him...

the DBA's + the Carbotech XP8's have cured frying the pads up front. He may have upgraded the pads. 'bd' is a "track junkey"...lol. He'll jump in here I'm sure.

Default extremely well, under high heat on the track they partner very well with the xp8's

crumbird is using the same rotor with the xp10s with no percievable additional wear

they have the heat sensitive paint strips on them so you can see the temperature range you are getting to but I haven't bothered logging that yet (too busy trying to keep the wheels on the car right bob? hehe)

since putting them on I have done DE's at limerock, summit point and VIR, I'm certainly more aggressive than I was last year on the stock rotors, but I can honestly say there is always plenty of braking left available...

crumbird used the frozen rotors with xp8s prior to switching, they lasted about 5 events, not very good IMO...

in summary, I'm very happy and would highly recommend them

Default Thanks. I'm going with Hawk HPS pads. I'll let you know how they work out...

they will be tested at Laguna Seca on Feb 16th.

Default That would be great, but I just don't have the time. I'm going to have Streetwerke do it...

Since I'll be tracking the car in February I want to make sure it's done right. I don't want to have something fail as I am flying into turn 2 at Laguna Seca.
