They just dropped the ball on several things. I got the 1.8T T28 turbo kit from them and they said they had it in stock. But took over 2 weeks to ship it out. Then they said they were installing a stage 3 tip chip to help my trans. But they just sold me the same file I already had. knowing exactly the tip chip I had and everything. Every time I would call over there and get get a hold of some one to help. It seemed like 1 week later they were fired or quit the company. Not a good experience

I would think it has gotten better but as quattrothatcould said the 3.0 guys are having some real issues. With a 25k motor I think I will pass and wait for a more reputable company.
