Default Shifting the 6 spd is tricky!

Just about everyone who has a 6 spd has commented how difficult it is to shift this car smoothly! The clutch grabs funny and the trans is usually very tight from the factory and actually takes 1-2k miles to loosen up! Many have had problems obtaining a smooth 1/2 shift. If you encounter the same. We will be able to give you some tips(not tipatronic) on how to shift more smoothly! good luck and enjoy the ride!

Wow thats funny because when I test drove an 04 with only 200 miles on it, I noticed how easy it was to shift and how well the engine and the tranny worked so well together.
