Audi has used it for the TT ALMS, RS6, RS4, but not as a standard color. My S4 is a 2005 and like I said earlier Audi charges $2500 for a special color. Personally, I love the Avus and want it on my next Audi as well.

Ahhh....the Daytona is nice. Is it the same as Dolphin, or a little darker? (different enough to pay for it)
Personal questions: What do you think about your RS6? That was on my list of "possibles". Also, were any RS6's offered in a manual trans? Every one I've seen is an auto.

It has more depth to it and more metallic, a little darker. Different enough to pay for but I am
biased. All RS6 are auto but I don't miss a manual, but that is my opinion. Sport mode or the paddles do good enough for me (I do a lot of rush hour driving). The RS6 is simply a beast. Had the car for 2 months and at this point I am already spoiled. On the track I wouldn't mind an S4 but for the extra space I have along with truely impressive power...I'll keep it. Incredible car, grin from ear to ear every day with the ease that it moves. The speed/distance it can cover in short periods of time is just breath taking. I had it out on the track and besides the brakes going (need high temp fluid and better pads) the car was well balanced and a monster in the straights. Was looking to get a new S4 or wait for the RS4 but with the RS6 prices dropping it was finally in range. Take a drive in one, i.e. mash the pedal to the floor, that alone sold me. RS6 owners refer to their cars as 'beasts' to the person, there is a reason for that. No regrets even though my particular car is having a rather disturbing amount of work being done to it right now. Glad its certified and under warranty till 2009.
