Default clean the glass and blades with rubbing alcohol, wipers can chatter from dirty surfaces

If they are more than 6-8 months old, I'd replace them also.

Also may need to adjust blade angle of attack.

Get some 000/0000 steel wool and a true glass polish on the glass + new inserts.

Everything is clean, and they are new blades.

Default Yes. Occasionally they skip some teeth and get misaligned. Just pop them up and back on in...

proper alignment. Mine smack the A pillar and I had to adjust them a half inch down.

Default There is one nut at the base of the wiper. It is under a rubber/plastic...

cover that you pull off. Undo the nut and wiggle up on the arm and it is off. Then re-seat it in the proper position so it doesnt come in contact with the A pillar nor the bottom cowl.
