My S4 has 12,000 miles and the pressure plates in the clutch broke leaving the car undrivable. The dealership paid the $2,500 to put in a new clutch; apparently this is common on the new model. Anyone know anything about this?
Per the 4 year warrenty, you are only due one free replacement clutch which is bs for me considering the low miles on the car and I don't drive like a sucka!

The free clutch should be due to wear though, not because of a defect. Basically, this one should be warranty and not be part of the Audi Advantage program.

Mechanical failure of other parts which cause the clutch to go are covered under warrenty. If a hydrolic line was to do it would be just the same as what happend to you.
