2006 s4 avant 6 speed.. CPO, NAV, back up sensor, loaded and in great condition.. 22,xxx miles. body is in good condition with no dings or dents and its a one owner car

I would say yes......
I picked up my '05.5 sedan almost 2 months ago, 18,000 miles, no CPO, great condition, out the door for $40,750. I figure an '06, avant, with CPO, is worth a couple thousand more. Not a GREAT deal, but yes, a fair price.
