Sous 04 S4

<center><img src="http://nyet.org/cars/s4order.jpg"></center><p>I have a couple of questions I was hoping that some of the more experienced Audi guys could answer. I have included the S4 order sheet that was posted a while back into this post to make it a bit easier to answer.

I am under the impression that if I DO NOT get the Enhanced Interior Package (PEI) that I can still get leather. Although I want to make sure that the seats will be full leather and not have cloth middles or backs or anything. Is this correct?

Also, if I am reading the order form right. On the N1U Silk Nappa Leather side I have the choice of all Ebony (ZM) or all Silver (ZQ) seats with no cloth. Is this correct.

According to a discussion I had with my salesman over the weekend, the industry trend is leather seating surfaces only, but the S4s will be full leather. You can tell they are full leather because all the pieces will have stitching around the edges.

If you don't order the Enhanced Interior package then what trim will be standard? i.e. can I get leather and Birds Eye Maple like my current S4.

My understanding is that it is the grey birch only

Yep, you get gray birch, judging from the table
at the lower left of the order guide.

This sucks! I want full leather seats (N1U),
ebony (ZM), <b>with</b> <u>aluminum trim</u> --
looks beautiful --- I've seen it on a Boxster.

Also what is the problem of opening all options
to US and Canadian buyers, just like it is in
Germany???

E.g. Canadian buyers get heated front seats
(4A3) <u>standard</u>, and can order
heated REAR seats (PCW)! OTOH, US buyers
get heated front seats as an option and
rear heated seats are not available.

Audi, this is just stupid! Just let the ppl
of NA, put whatever options they want, just like
Porsche does for its customers.

Audi has to learn from Porsche...

Canadian did not get Xenon or fog lights in the B5 S4, will that be the same, dont know
