When put my foot down about 75% throttle and try to shift up using the tip tranny it wont shift up and goes to red line, it will shift if I let up on the gas. I just took to my dealer and he said it is normal and the auto tranny over rides the tip? Does everyone have this issue?

use enough throttle input for downshifting or if you hit redline for upshifting. This is regardless of mode.

I don't understand. What, you are in neutral, foot on gas, then dump it into gear?

Hmm...can you shift it with the paddles when in 'D'?
