Default Question for H-Sport RS4 rear sway bar users

I just bought an H-sport sway set with the RS4 rear bar. After seeing the massive bar, I am not worried about the wimpy stock end links being ripped apart. Has anyone had problems with their stock sway links on the bigger rs4 h-sport bar?

I have had the H-Sport RS4 setup for 2-3k miles with no problems.

Default I saw two different people break the stock links at the track with the regular H-sport kit

The people I saw break the stock link also had coil overs. I've had the S4 (not RS4) sways on for 20k miles and over 20 track days with no issues but I also have a stock suspension. Make sure to use plenty of lock-tite on the bolts (front and rear).

I have H-Sport RS4 sways w/ PSS9 and no problems. Proper installation is important.

i've seen alot of screws pop out on any setup that isnt properly torqued but never had the problem with any of the three sets of HSports i've used.

Yes, proper install, proper torque and Loctite Blue medium thread locker on 'cleaned' threads.

Default Due to IMproper install, one of the bolts broke off...

Install is pretty straightforward, you must have weight on the wheels, torque, as well as use loctite.

I didn't have weight on the wheels, was very difficult getting the bolts in. After the bolt broke, I did it properly, was much easier! Note, just the bolt broke, end links were fine.

Default Massive? It's only 5mm larger in dia. than the S4 rear sway. The monster is the...

...Hsport front bar...it's heavy too, compared to the oe bar.
Properly installed, torqued and lock-tited, the system is trouble free and invisible to the ride.
Enjoy, good luck.
