Ran out of Gas this Morning on Freeway Entrance Ramp...

There has been a number of posts on this topic. Here are a couple from two different people.
i only think its stupid to try and push the limits of this gas take. When I put race gas in a car I noramally drive around on zero ( mind you within seconds from the gas station) And then pull in as clost to true 0 as possible so I get the max out of the octane I am putting in. To each his own. is your car, you can do whatever you want to it :-)
Every car is different, but mine ran out of gas exactly 18 miles after the computer hit zero...

Two Comments:
1) I try to always use Chevron gas and the Chevron station was 2 miles away.
2) I read a lot more than I post on this board, and I must say that I'd be embarassed to attach a name to a good number of your posts, jmsod.
