Interpret this how you want, but I got this response from the Audi Collection:

"Thank you for inquiring about the an Exhaust System for the 2004 S4. Perhaps you are referring to the Catback Exhaust System for the S4. This is not a product that our catalog or web-site currently offers. We are working on exhaust systems (cat back) for the S4 model year 2003 and newer.

Unfortunately, the products have not become available when promised and we are hurrying to get the systems to market.

<b>Preliminary independent testing nominal torque and HP gain (less than 2HP) but the torque curve have moved lower on the rev range.</b> We caution though that individual results will vary greatly base on car, fuel, mileage, atmospheric conditions etc. Pricing is expected to be under $1,000 USD and is covered by a limited lifetime warranty."

Borla's making the exhaust, right? How do they get a 2HP gain? I can't imagine that's right. Also, what's a 2003 S4? Is he/she talking about Euro release?

he's been given me a hard time bout my avant mainly b/c he want's one too but can't fork over the $$ right now.

it was a funny joke, but then I came back to the board and WHOA! ****** fU.... I guess people picked up on it wrong.

long story short, I think I'm going to do what you did...

01 s4 = dojo_s4

04 s4 = new name as you did with biturbs....

the artist formerly known as dojo_s4...LOL... rediculous!

Why would any body buy something with an advertised 2 hp gain? might as well keep the stock exhaust. . .

I am thinking Thermal R&amp;D or Milltek Non-Res. . .The thermal R&amp;D looks sweet and is supposed to be under 1k. . even better deal with a group buy!

on accessory parts like this for multiple reasons liabilty, the fact that people will buy it for the 20 hp that are promised and run it in, wel in any case, he said that they aren't going to give a promise other than sound. he said that any thing has to be better than what is on the car and that he would expect around 10-15 hp increase with the torque being increased and broadened.
