I had a similar case in June, 03. I had my 2003 3.0 for 2 whole weeks before the AC unit self-destructed. The dealer ended up keeping my car for the next 4 weeks (and two more AC compressors!!!) before I drove it again. I asked AoC if they could make this right for me. They agreed that my case was unfair (to me) and reimbursed me for a month's payment.

Okay. So mine was down for 4 weeks for new tranny. They told me they would give me nothing in compensation. Did you get a loaner? If so, what secret words did you use to get compensated (please not that I've tried please and BMW).
