S4 or 335XI? Both cars are AWD although the BMW is still more biased toward RWD

factory and Dinan backed warranty. It doesnt **** me off though. It's a new car. It should be better. Audi needs to revamp the S4 in a major way. The B7 refresh should have been a very quick fix. 340hp will likely be the next Accord.

cars like the 335i that replaces the 330i instead of the M3 that used to compete? It seems like we on the forum have just kind of swapped in that the 335i is now a S4 competitor when it is 12 grand less and really a B8 A4 3.2 FSI competitor when it comes out(or whatever replaces the 3.2FSI). In reality the 42grand 335i will likely out perform the old S4 we have and with a chip will easily outperform the new RS4 we have (heck the apr stage 3 B6 A4 would beat the new RS4). I dont want to know what the new M3 will do. I would like to see a bit more out of Audi. It would be one thing if they were like BMW or Porsche and did a lighter 50/50 weight car to make up for their lack of power but they dont even do that. They give us a 60/40 distribution RS4 with 4000lbs of weight. Doesnt make sense to me as an enthusiast of theirs for years. cheers! Mike

although the BMW does have MUCH better (50-50) weight distribution. the x-drive cars I have driven understeer horribly. much more so than my S4.
