Just ordered S4 Cab with silver ext, black roof, and red interior (just like the brochure) . . . sweet.
Wanted carbon fiber but too late as its in build. Carbon fiber is a $300 option when buying the car, any idea what Audi would charge to buy their parts and have it installed?
Of course maybe I'll love the gray birch, looks OK in brochure. Thanks.

Yeah, I have an A4 Cab now and its got the Vavona wood (the lighter wood) with the vanilla interior and black exterior.
Are you saying to stick with the gray birch wood because you think it will look better or because the carbon fiber just isn't worth the extra $?

The Aluminum trim is also atractive. It just depends on your personal taste. You can't go wrong with any of the trim selections, IMHO.

I really like the look of the wood in the S4 cab. I got mine last night (red black black) and did not want the carbon fiber (who needs more plastic in his car?) Every other car maker charges extra for wood! I'm sure the car will be beautiful either way but save the 300 +++ for the gas!

I've owned an A4 Cab and have driven the S4 sedan several times. I figure the combination must be unbelievable and unique. I mean, what other 4 seat, AWD covertible is out there with this kind of power and manual transmission. I like the stealth approach that Audi has taken.

I love the car so far. I just picked it up last night but the car is a blast. The ride is very different from the sedan (not sure why) much smoother. I'm also sure it is not quite as fast but fast enough for me. Great look I like it much better than hte M3 cab which has way too much plastic trim and ground effects (imo) but i guess thats why I got the Audi (that and the all wheel drive) Good luck. Where are you from. I nearly went for the silver with the red int too.
