S4 MPG chart
<center><img src="http://www.powerpuppy.com/audi/s4mpg.jpg"></center><p>Just thought some of you may find this interesting.
I've been saving my gas receipts and have compiled this chart of my current miles per gallon since I got the 2006 S4 in September 2005. I received the car with 42 miles on it, but haven't been able to find my first two gas receipts, which is why the chart starts at 423 miles.
I live in Pittsburgh, PA where there are LOTS of hills. Most of my driving consists of short trips within the city and very little highway. My driving style ranges from sporty to crazy to absurd.
MPG seems to be getting a little better over time. Average miles per gallon so far is 15.94.

Re: S4 MPG chart
I actually find that very interesting. So do you see a correlation between driving like a maniac and worse gas mileage?
Cuz when my S4 arrives in October I'm wondering if driving like a grandmother would really help gas mileage. That's how I plan on driving it. Always at the posted speed limit and keeping the RPMs WAAAY down...
Anyway, I was just curious.

Re: S4 MPG chart
Driving style makes a big difference in MPG. It's hard to hold the S4 back because it's so much fun driving it hard.
On the highway, I get around 21 or 22 MPG. And even on short trips in the city, I can manage 19 MPG if I'm really careful.
