Default I have no idea who'll buy them after the warranty runs out.. even BMW won't certify them
current style M5's don't qualify under their CPO program like the old model did...

To not CPO an entire model line seems ridiculous to me. What a way to stand behind your product!

Default cause the E60 M5 is so complex and expensive to maintain, BMW would lose money
on everyone they certify...

I'm not sure if this applies to the M6 as well, but I am 100% sure with the M5

Default yes. the stock suspension on my S4 was abismal.
but it's also 7 years old.

I'd like to try an S5 with H-sports or Motorsports.
