Why are you selling it???
My 2008 S4 that I traded for my TT is FS at my dealer for $41K - it's been sitting on they're lot since June. They'd likely take the same as you're asking for your '07. Mine has 2400 miles and a custom color (Northern Blue), RS4 wheels - basically everything but Nav. You will probably have to come down to low/mid 30's on yours. The market for these cars right now with the gas situation, economy, etc. is very, very soft.
