So my car is lowered on Stasis motorsport suspension. Ever since it was installed, I have noticed a slight creak or groan as I get out of the car, as the suspension unloads a bit (wierd, I thought, since I only weigh about 175, but whatever). However, yesterday I began to notice a fairly loud groan/creak coming from the front end of the car any time I turn the steering wheel. It sounds like metal parts under a great deal of stress. I hear it when turning the wheel if the car is stationary or moving slowly. Obviously, moving faster it might still be there but drowned out by other noise. One time last night I continued to hear it for a few seconds while moving in a straight line after having backed out of a driveway. The car seems to be driving fine otherwise. Anybody have an idea what this is? Do I need to be worried?

Car Crazy

Check sway bar bushings (grease or tear) and sway bar end link bolts. Check power steering fluid.
