Default It seems to me that this car has 2 weak links.

The engine valve train and the clutch. Otherwise just minimal problems.

Default What clutch problem are you referring to exactly?

One would think on a car this "old" (generation-wise) that it would be free of such issues - esp one as important as the clutch.

Also, no TSB's on it?

My clutch pretty much disinigrated after only 7,000 miles. I've heard many that have had the same thing happen... I certainly didn't drive it in a way that would cause it either.

Im having some issues getting it into gear from time to time... seems to me like the things need to be adjusted..

Default one other thing....

I hate the Drive By Wire. I notice at times that the accelerator is either on or off.

the clutch lining was literally SHREDDED off the clutch plate. I have no idea how the hell that could happen short of burning the clutch off on purpose, which of course i didn't do. i actually went down to the dealership to inspect the damage, they said it just got to hot. looks to me like the clutch is not designed to handle the torque delievered by the engine.
