can anyone recommend a good dealership for service in the bay area?

there's steven's creek and carlsen, but i haven't read anything great about either of them. carlsen has great service for porsches, but i'm quite surprised to hear about their poor service for audis...

i'm about to pick up an rs4 this month so would be nice to hear some local feedback. thank you!

I had my first service at Royal Motors in SF and wasn't that enthused. Not saying they did a bad job, but they seemed a bit off handish and I'm not keen to go back put it that way.

BTW, Which dealer are you buying from, why don't you give their shop a try for first service.

I'm using Sonnen Audi in San Rafael. They are a bit out of my way, but I bought my car from them and had an excellent buying experience. So far I'm very happy with their service as well. They give me a free loaner every time and my service advisor drools over my car every time I show up :-)

Nice, I've heard great things about Sonnen, but they're a bit too far. i'm located in the peninsula so I'm hoping to find a good shop between SF and SJ. Do any dealerships in the Peninsula offer loaners?

I'm placing an order for my RS4 tomorrow - can't wait!!

I'm purchasing through Steven's Creek Audi. I'll probably give their service dept a try, but they're a bit out of the way for me. I think there are some other shops located off 101 which would be more convenient, but i've only read negative things about audi service so far...

I cannot recommend Carlsen due to some nasty history there.
