Yes, I'm on the market for an S4. I'll not be in a buying position for 15-30 days, but I'm getting an idea of what's available.
Specifically I want a B6 sedan, enhanced interior, no yellow or black exterior, 6MT, and 20-30k miles. Only light tasteful mods if any.
However, I'm not leaning towards a private sale as I want the security of a CPO warranty. A private sale with a tranferrable warranty may be considered.

my car has 16k miles on it is absolutely mint and plenty of tasteful mods...
no CPO but plenty of warranty left. personally, I'd buy from an enthusiast before I bought from most dealers.

Milltek Downpipes and Cats
Milltek Exhaust (non res)
Hyperflow V8 Intake
Strat. Short-Throw Shifter
Stoptech 355 Black Front Calipers w/ the Axis Ultimate pads. E30 318i sensors were wired in so I still have wear sensors on the car.
Super Blue Brake Fluid just changed last month
H&R Coil Overs
Audi I-pod adapter hidden in ash tray
RNS-E Nav (this will be for sale separately)
Full clear bra including hood, bumper, headlights, fog lights, behind front wheels, and in front of the rear wheels as well as behind.
2005 Sat Antenna (the 04 looked like crap)
Clear corners with Silver bulbs
15% Window Tint all but the front 2 windows which are leagal @ 27%
Mobil 1 0w-40 since 500 miles and changed annually
O.C.T. Chip
Factory Options are Enhanced interior, Premium Pkg, Premium Audio w/Sirius, Heated Front Seats, Had the 4-spoke Steering Wheel, but that was changed to the 3 spoke.
