which ski/snowboard rack for my S4 avant? Audi, Yakima or Thule?

The prices come out to be pretty close to each other (~$400), so that is not much of a factor. The audi rack may match the best, but it doesn't include a "fairing" which will dramatically reduce wind noise on my high speed jaunts to Mammoth Mountain. Of course, The Yakima and Thule fairings both have ugly logos plastered across them (I hate logos).
Another more immediate consideration: if I want the rack for this weekend, I probably can't get the Audi rack (unless a dealer has one in stock, which I doubt). REI carries both Yak and Thule.

It seems that the Thule crossbars stick out quite a bit, which I don't like. And it seems that their fairing doesn't fit our cars (?). Though quick assembly time (which Thule seems to have) would be nice.

You can use 48" or 58" bars (I have 58" bars so I can run up to 6 bikes on my AVant :-) or two bikes and any size snowboard/ski attachment. I also like the variety of different bike carriers from Yakima better. Where mine is mounted I have NO windnoise but I use the "aerofoil" which is a little "wing shaped" attachment which goes in the middle of the front bar. It works wonders and is easily removed if need be. Here's a pic of the rear of my Yakima system (it now has the snowboard carrier on it and two bike racks). I also went with 58" bars so I can add a space booster box on top and still carry 4 bikes.

Here's the "detail" pic of the part - it's called a "windjammer" and you can find it on their site under products/racks systems/accessories.

Yakima
