I give up.
There's NOTHING i can do to get my car to shift into reverse. I've tried no less than 100 adjustments, each bolt in 1mm increments . . . no luck.
Me = very frustrated.
Any suggestions?

for me I couldn't get it into reverse either for a while, basically find out where reverse is first then worry about 5th and 6th. The way it worked out is that I basically had to give it some force to get it into reverse and easily tuned for the upper gears. Having it in for a while now getting it into reverse is allot easier now then it was when I first put it in. Its like it adjusted itself.
What threw me off is that 1st moves slightly to the right whenever you are shifting it into gear.

Needed a new day, a new perspective, and a new level of patience. The trick? Even though the included video said to line the shifter perfectly vertical, I ended up having to position the shifter so it leaned back and to the right a bit.
