Make a serious complaint.
I had VW/AoA execs on the phone in two days.
Told em I was going else where.
did a 'trade in' and they cut me a check, so it wasn't an official buy back, but I got out of that car and into the new one for just a little bit more $$$/mo, but have a car that runs great...

Here's the law in Philly:
Someone steals the car and it ends up in the water, even if the cops find it, it's officially totalled as far as the insurance company is concerned.

well the coolant leak was reported 3 times before they found the real leak....
once they did thats when the real issues started pouring out. This was at a year and a half when they finally found the coolant leak. So the oil leak and a bunch of other issues in the first year and a half and not finding the coolant leak. And now in the last 6 months or so all this crap.
