Solved the rattle!

I will say compared to other cars I've had the S4 has been almost "rattle" free which is pretty remarkable considering how firm the ride is.
Recently though on fairly uneven roads I was getting a rattle which I determined was coming from the interior light/sunroof switch console. It turns out the clear plastic light cover has just enough movement to produce the rattle. I wedged a small piece of tape in there last night and now the rattle is gone.
Just thought I'd post in case it happens to anyone else.

there's a healthy rattle up there, doesn't take much to get it to do it either. Also, the shade piece that moves with the sunroof will go all the way back into the headliner. Monday appt at the dealer.

I have the exact same problem. Wedged a business car into the gap around the light cover, but that didn't seem to do it. Did you actually remove the cover? Any idea how to remove it?
