Default Something tightened too tight?

Got a new fuel filter put in today (brought it to a local indy mechanic vs. DIY) - and the car runs SO MUCH BETTER! Fixed the whining issue, and I can tell you that it's was a noticeable fix.

That being said, as I was pulling out of the garage this evening, I stopped to let my wife in, and she heard a strange "creak" sound from the back wheel. I got out, and had her pull the car forward. Sure enough, I heard the noise as well. Sounded like it was coming from the wheel area - bearing, brakes, suspension? Or something else? Was something tightened too tight when I got the fuel filter in?

Thoughts? I'm not freaking out - but I definitely don't like it.

Default caliper lock-up due to parking brake

had it happen on my B5 S4 pull the e-brake up and down a few times then back it up a little bit should cure it. I could be wrong though.

Default I'll have to try that...

Unfortunately, I'm away for the weekend, and the S4's in the garage at home!
