Default squatty shifter?

Does anybody have a shifter (manual trans) that is shorter than the stock shifter? I recently saw a G35 with a really short shift **** and it looked cool.

I know a lot of you have the "short shifter" (for shorter shift throws) but I don't think that it is that much shorter in height. ???

Default You could replace the **** with a shorter one or cut the shaft...

Beware if you cut the shaft, you'll have to come up with a new way to anchor the **** to the shaft.

Also, the AMS short shifter for the B6 1.8T has high adjustability and throw length adjustability. You might want to inquire with them about an S4 application...

Default The strat SS keeps the stock height. The easiest solution would be to buy an different......

shift **** (Momo) which can be installed much lower then the current ****.

Default I have a Neuspeed in my A4...

And I love the squatty look and the short shift. I emailed Neuspeed a few weeks ago and asked when they will be comming out with one for the S4 because that is going to be my first mod and they replied "...towards the end of the summer..."

I've have had a Neuspeed SS in both my A4s and soon I should have one in my S4.

I have included pics of my Neupseed in my B6 A4 just so you can see...

Default Re:The neuspeed SS will be in my car in about 2 weeks. I let them use my car to design it plus

the adjustable rear sway and suspension kit. They are just waiting on eibach to finish with the springs along with the testing and aproval process.

Default :) Hey, it's not Armor All. I would not deface my Audi with that stuff!

It's Vinylex!

I must keep my car shiny, it's for sale to make room for my S4!!!
